By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Member content. Posts, replies, comments, files, and other material you share in the member portal.
- Events and retreats. Details you provide to take part in meetings, retreats, and trips, such as travel plans, dietary needs, emergency contacts, or accessibility requests.
- Payments. If you pay membership or event fees, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications. Information you share when you email, call, text, or meet with us.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, approximate location derived from your IP address, and similar usage data. We collect this through cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies (together, "cookies and tracking technologies").
Information from others
We may receive information about you from members who refer you, from our facilitators, from event partners, and from advertising, analytics, and social media platforms (for example, when you interact with our ads or pages).
2. How we use information
- To review applications, contact applicants, and schedule intro calls.
- To create and manage member accounts, operate the member portal and directory, and provide meetings, resources, retreats, and events.
- To send service messages, such as account invitations, password resets, schedule updates, and responses to your questions.
- To send marketing and promotional messages about Elevate, where permitted by law.
- To measure, understand, and improve the Services, including through analytics.
- To advertise Elevate, including showing ads to people who have visited our website (retargeting), measuring the performance of our ads, and finding people who may be interested in Elevate.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
- For any other purpose we describe to you when we collect the information, or with your consent.
3. The member directory
If you become a member, your name, email address, and the profile details you choose to add are visible to other logged-in members and facilitators in the member directory. You can edit your profile at any time. Members agree in our Terms of Use to keep other members' information confidential and to use the directory only for purposes related to the group.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and tracking technologies for several purposes:
- Essential. For example, a secure cookie that keeps you logged in to the member portal. The Services do not work properly without these.
- Analytics. To understand how visitors use the Services. We may use tools such as Google Analytics and similar services.
- Advertising. We may use advertising pixels and tags from platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and similar providers. These let us and those platforms collect information about your visits to our website and other sites over time, show you Elevate ads on other websites and apps, and measure whether our ads lead to applications or other actions. We may also share hashed (scrambled) contact information, such as your email address, with advertising platforms so they can match it to their users for ad measurement and audience building.
These third parties may use their own cookies and may combine information they collect through our Services with information they collect elsewhere, under their own privacy policies.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. You can limit personalized ads through Google Ad Settings, your ad preferences on Meta and LinkedIn, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out, and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers who help us run the Services, such as website hosting and security (for example, Cloudflare), email delivery (for example, Resend), video hosting (for example, Vimeo), scheduling, payment processing, customer relationship management, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Members and facilitators, through the member directory and portal, as described in section 3.
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in section 4.
- Event partners, such as venues, hotels, and activity providers, when needed to arrange retreats and trips you attend.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a government request, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevate, our members, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred to the new owner.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Some state privacy laws treat certain advertising and analytics sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising." You may opt out of these activities by emailing us at support@theelevatemastermind.com.
6. Photos, video, and recordings
Meetings, retreats, and events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be shared in the member portal and used on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would prefer not to appear, let a facilitator know at the event, or email us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove or avoid using your image going forward.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Application information from applicants who do not join may be kept so we can follow up about future openings unless you ask us to delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
9. Your rights and choices
- Profile and account. Members can review and update profile information in the member portal at any time.
- Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send service messages, such as account and security notices.
- Text messages. If you receive text messages from us, you can reply STOP to opt out.
- Access, correction, deletion, and portability. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising, "sales," or "sharing" of personal information. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have these rights under those laws.
To make a request, email support@theelevatemastermind.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and where required we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
10. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Where information is processed
Elevate is based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and where the changes are significant we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
